The Problem

I need an adjustable storage object that can go up to double its size.

Must be able to extend and retract easily

Must be large enough to comfortably fit a car at full length

Used 6" strips of cardboard for scissor hinge

Too large

The slot I use in picture #4 needs to be more of a quarter circle than a straight line to enable mobility

Swapped out brads for nuts and washers

Need to make walls stay together on their own

maybe add wheels?

Fixed Overlap

Hinges are kind of clunky, if I had the time I'd make them a thinner wood maybe that would work more fluidly

Teeth aren't staying in place, despite fitting perfectly needed to reinforce with tape

Had to adjust a piece to fit overlap, new piece little too small
